Overview

pathofexile.build is a community site for Path of Exile build guides. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile is a trademark of Grinding Gear Games Ltd.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User content

You retain ownership of the guides and comments you post. By submitting content, you grant pathofexile.build a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on this site and in feeds (RSS, social previews, etc.).

You are responsible for the content you post. You must not post content that is false or deliberately misleading, that infringes someone else's intellectual property, that is abusive, harassing, or threatening, or that violates any applicable law.

Guides must be your own original work. Do not republish guides written by others without their permission.

Moderation

All submitted guides go through a review before being published. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content at our discretion without notice. We are not obligated to publish any submission.

Intellectual property

Path of Exile, its artwork, item names, skill names, and all related content are the property of Grinding Gear Games. We use these terms descriptively to discuss the game and its mechanics. This site is a fan project and has no commercial relationship with Grinding Gear Games.

The site's code, design, and original written content (not user-submitted guides) are owned by pathofexile.build.

Disclaimer

Build guides on this site are provided by community members and are not verified for accuracy. Game balance changes frequently. Always check patch notes and test builds in-game. We are not responsible for in-game currency spent following a guide that turns out to be outdated or inaccurate.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that any feature will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, pathofexile.build and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any content on it.
